Can I Return An Item Or Cancel A Delivery?
Items that have been manufactured, cut, bent or fabricated to a specific size or customer specification cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Standard stock items may be eligible for return, subject to approval and the terms below.
Discounted or clearance items may be non-returnable where this was made clear at the time of purchase and where permitted by law.
Will I Be Charged A Re-Stocking Fee?
Where a return is accepted, a 30% re-stocking fee may apply.
Any collection, delivery or transport costs associated with the return will also be charged to the customer, except where the goods are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly.
Faulty Or Incorrect Goods
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.
